SMOOTHIE-BASIS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana
- 150 g frozen mango
- 60 g fresh spinach
- 50 g frozen cucumber pieces
- 1/2 avocado (optional)
- 2 tbsp almond butter (or another nut butter of your choice)
- 100 ml green smoothie
- 80 ml milk or plant-based alternative (e.g. oat milk)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
PREPARATION:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for at least 60 seconds until a creamy and fluffy consistency is achieved.
TOPPING EXAMPLE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 handful of fresh berries
PREPARATION:
Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls and garnish with the toppings. Alternatively, you can also use granola, nuts or fresh seasonal fruit.
ARRANGEMENTS
Serve the decorated bowls immediately and enjoy.
