Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria: 9.00€
Switzerland: 14,50€
France: 9,00€
Italy: 9,00€
From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
