Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to all other countries.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria: € 5.90
Switzerland: € 14.50
Netherlands: € 6.90
Rest of EU: € 9.90
From an order value of € 65.00 we deliver free of charge to other EU countries.

Rest of the world: 25 €
From an order value of 250,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs to the rest of the world.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany will take place within 2-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
