Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to all other countries.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge € 4.90 shipping costs.
From an order value of € 29.00 we deliver free of charge in Germany.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria: € 5.90
Switzerland: € 14.50
Netherlands: € 6.90
Rest of EU: € 9.90
From an order value of € 65.01 we deliver free of charge to other EU countries and Switzerland.

Rest of Europe: €25
For orders totaling €250.01 or more, we offer free shipping to the rest of Europe.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2–5 days; for international deliveries, delivery takes 5–10 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, following the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details regarding payment

The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
