How does the Kloster Kitchen subscription work?
1. Select your product and click on the savings subscription.
2. Set the delivery interval to the interval at which you would like to receive our products.
3. Now select the number of items you would like to receive and click on "Add to shopping cart".
4. Now enter your address details and select a payment method (NOTE: not all payment methods are available for this function, as regular payments must be made).
5. Click “Buy” – that’s it. You can now look forward to receiving regular deliveries of your favourite products!
How can I change/adjust my subscription?
To do this, log in on our homepage under "My Account". You will then find all the functions you need to manage your subscription under "Manage subscriptions".
Is there a minimum term for the subscriptions?
No, your subscription doesn’t have a minimum term. However, please cancel your subscription at least four working days prior to the next delivery or it could be activated automatically.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, either cancel it online in your account or send us a message with your order number on our contact page.
A shot helps me for the extra energy - delicious, slightly spicy with pieces for the mouthfeel! Add an espresso and off you go!
