INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of apple-carrot-rhubarb smoothie
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (tender)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- a few walnuts to garnish (optional)

PREPARATION
For the perfect autumnal start: put the orange Kloster Kitchen smoothie, the ripe banana, soft rolled oats, cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg in the blender. Blend until creamy and velvety.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with chopped walnuts and enjoy the taste of carrot cake in a glass - fresh, tangy and incredibly delicious!
