Our apple, carrot and rhubarb smoothie is our flavor oasis for a reason. The delicious apples give the orange smoothie a pleasant, sweet note. The tart rhubarb then provides the contrast to the sweetness. The combination is brightened up by the freshness of the carrot: a real oasis of flavor!

Where do our carrots come from? Here, too, we went in search of local produce. We ended up at the organic vegetable farm Hof Schlereth. Only organic, free-range vegetables are grown there - including the carrots for our delicious smoothies.
