SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml smoothie red
- 1 frozen banana
- 30 ml Ginger Shot Acai
- 250 g frozen berries (raspberries and blueberries)
- 40 g vegan vanilla protein powder
- Possible toppings: banana, strawberries, blueberries, coconut, granola, almond butter
PREPARATION
Preparing the smoothie bowl is very straightforward and really quick. For a nice creamy consistency, we recommend following a certain blending sequence: First place the smoothie and banana in the blender and blend until smooth.

Then add the frozen berries, which make everything wonderfully fruity and fresh. Once these are also well blended, add the acai ginger shot and the vegan vanilla protein powder. Blend again vigorously - and your base is ready.
Now you can top your bowl however you like, for example with fresh berries, banana slices, coconut, granola or a dollop of almond butter. If the consistency is a little too runny because the ingredients were slightly thawed or you took your time, simply mix in a few more frozen berries or place the mixture in the freezer for a few minutes. This will make it nice and cool and creamy again!
