NICECREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g frozen mango
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 1 frozen, very ripe banana
  • 30 ml Ginger Shot Classic
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 100 g fresh, ripe mango
  • Coconut chips
  • fresh mint
  • Pistachios

PREPARATION

Take the frozen banana - ideally already cut into pieces and frozen the day before - out of the freezer together with the mango and leave both to thaw for about 4-5 minutes. Then add the slightly thawed fruit together with the coconut milk and the Ginger Shot into a powerful blender. First roughly blend the ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend everything into a smooth, creamy mixture. The result is a refreshing, vegan nice cream with an exotic flavor - no added sugar and perfect as a snack or summer dessert.

If you prefer a firmer consistency, you can put the nicecream mixture in the freezer for a few minutes after blending. Alternatively, the creamy ice cream alternative can also be enjoyed fresh from the blender. Toppings such as fresh mango pieces, crunchy coconut chips, chopped pistachios or a few leaves of fresh mint provide that little bit extra - ideal for a refreshing, vegan summer dessert.
