sweet potato salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 60 ml ginger shot pineapple
- 10 g balsamic vinegar
- 20 g organic soy sauce
- 10 g olive oil
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 1 untreated lime
- 4 stalks mint
- 10 g coriander
- 1 mango
PREPARATION
Peel one sweet potato and cut into very thin slices using a slicer or sharp slicer. Then cut the sweet potato slices into long, very thin strips. Juice the sections and the other sweet potato. Mix the sweet potato juice with Pineapple Ginger Shot, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, chopped mint and cilantro, and chili flakes to make a vinaigrette. Add some freshly grated lime zest and some freshly squeezed lime juice and mix. Then add the sweet potato strips and marinate. Dice one mango and add to the salad as well.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 roasted chicken legs
- 15 piece shrimp
- 60 ml ginger shot turmeric
- 20 g organic soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
PREPARATION
Mix the peanut butter with the Ginger Shot Turmeric and some soy sauce. Let the chicken legs and shrimp marinate in it overnight. The next day, skewer the chicken drumsticks and shrimp alternately and fry in a pan with olive oil until crispy on both sides.
PEANUT ONION AVOCADO CREAM
INGREDIENTS
- 150 g peanuts
- 2 onion
- 90 ml Ginger Shot Classic
- 20 g organic soy sauce
- 25 g butter
- 15 g olive oil
- 2 avocado
- 1 lime
- Salt n.b.
PREPARATION
Cut the onion into fine cubes. Then heat butter and olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion. Add the peanuts and deglaze with soy sauce and ginger shot and simmer for 20 minutes. Then put the peanut and onion mixture in a blender and blend together with 2 avocados. Season with lime juice and zest and a pinch of salt.

ARRANGEMENTS
If desired, place 1 large dressing ring in the center of each plate. Then place the marinated sweet potato salad evenly in the ring. Place the fried sate skewers on top of the sweet potato salad and spread the peanut and onion avocado cream on top. Garnish with a few cilantro leaves.
