NICECREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g frozen mango
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 1 frozen, very ripe banana
  • 30 ml Ginger Shot Classic
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 100 g fresh, ripe mango
  • Coconut chips
  • fresh mint
  • Pistachios

PREPARATION

Defrost the frozen banana (preferably cut into pieces and frozen the day before) together with the mango for 4-5 minutes. Then place in the blender with the coconut milk and ginger shot and blend. Then mix with the remaining ingredients in the blender to make a creamy nice cream.

If you like it a little firmer, place the mixture in the freezer for a few more minutes - or enjoy it fresh from the blender! Fresh mango, coconut chips, fresh mint and pistachios can be used as toppings, depending on taste.
