INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g flour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pk vanilla sugar
  • 170 g soft margarine
  • 1 tablespoon egg substitute mixed with 30 ml Ginger Shot Classic
  • 15 g freshly grated ginger

PREPARATION

1) Knead all ingredients into a dough.
2) Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
3) Form the dough into a roll and put it again in the freezer for about 15 min
4) Cut 1 cm thick cookies with a knife
5) Bake at 160 degrees convection for about 15 min
6) Decorate and decorate as desired
