INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml oat milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 ginger shot turmeric 1SHOT
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (e.g. from Just Spices)
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • Cinnamon for dusting

PREPARATION

A pumpkin spice latte is the perfect feel-good drink for cold autumn days - aromatic and wonderfully creamy. To prepare it, first heat your favorite plant-based milk, for example oat or almond milk, and gently froth it until it is nice and creamy.

Then stir in 1SHOT Ginger Shot Turmeric. It not only gives the latte a beautiful color, but also a pleasant, natural spiciness.

Add half a teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice (from Just Spices, for example) for that typical autumn flavor. This spice mix provides the unmistakable pumpkin spice vibe that we love so much in the fall.

Sweeten the latte to taste with a little maple syrup or honey to perfectly balance the spicy flavors. Finally, pour on the milk foam, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy!
