INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
- 200 ml sparkling water
- 2 tbsp ginger shot berry-cinnamon (approx. 40 ml)
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- A handful of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- Ice cubes

To make the Cranberry Ginger Sparkler, first pour the ginger shot berry-cinnamon into a glass together with crushed ice. Then top up with cranberry juice and sparkling water - this ensures the perfect balance of sharpness and fruitiness. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. The drink sparkles ruby red, tastes tart and refreshing and is a real eye-catcher both as a mocktail and as an aperitif - ideal for Friendsgiving, autumn parties or dinners with friends.
