NEW LEADERSHIP FOR THE TEAM
Heizomat Radteam p/b Kloster Kitchen is pleased to announce the appointment of Roman Jördens as its new sporting director. Jördens succeeds Philipp Walsleben, who has moved to Team UCI World Tour Alpecin Deceuninck due to new challenges. Effective immediately, Roman Jördens will manage the team's sporting affairs.
Jördens brings with him a wealth of experience from the cycling world. With a career as a professional cyclist and a wealth of experience in cycling, Jörgens is a valuable asset. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various disciplines of cycling, including road racing and cyclocross. As a former team owner of the Focus CX team, he also has valuable experience in team management. This extensive expertise makes him the ideal choice for the position of sporting director.
The Heizomat Radteam p/b Kloster Kitchen is known for its successful youth work (U19/U23) and will continue to place a strong focus on this under the new sporting director. Through targeted promotion and support of young talents, the team wants to make a sustainable contribution to the development of cycling in Germany.
In the coming weeks, the other new signings for the upcoming cross season will be announced. With promising talents and experienced riders, the team will further strengthen its line-up and build on the success of the past years.
