HEIZOMAT RADTEAM P/B KLOSTER KITCHEN DM PREVIEW
The Baiersdorf-based Heizomat Radteam p/b Kloster Kitchen is currently in the final preparations for the German Championships on January 14/15 in Munich's Olympiapark. The team from Franconia would also like to write cyclocross history on the legendary course, which already served as a venue for the world championships in 1985 and 1997. After winning two titles last year, at least three German champions are now to come from the team's own ranks. In the U19 age group, the team is counting on Max Oertzen from Hamburg, in the women's category on the reigning U23 champion Judith Krahl from Brandenburg, and in the U23 field, the team is sending Fabian Eder from Bavaria, the overall runner-up in the national league, into the title race.
The Franconian squad is particularly proud that they can present themselves to the many Bavarian sponsors who are backing the team at their almost home game. Hardly any of the sponsors have to travel more than two hours to get here, so most of them have already announced their support and vociferous cheering, giving rise to hopes of a large fan base.
