Reset

On the fasting days, you break with old eating habits and switch your diet to easily digestible meals that contain lots of fruit, vegetables and plant-based proteins (e.g. pulses, soy, peas). In this way, you will slowly reduce your calorie intake and prepare yourself for the upcoming fasting period with rest and relaxation.

Recharge

On the fasting days, you can drink a total of 6 juices every 2 hours throughout the day. During the cure, it is important to listen to your body's signals, get enough rest, but also keep moving to boost your circulation.

The recovery days after a juice fast are just as important as the fasting days themselves to gently get your body used to solid food again and to optimize the effect of fasting.
