Many feel light and energetic. However, you may also experience tiredness, headaches or slight dizziness in the first few days, especially as your body gets used to the change and you refrain from consuming caffeine, nicotine and alcohol.
The results of a juice cleanse can vary from individual to individual and depend on factors such as general health, initial weight, diet and lifestyle.
There is no guarantee of specific health-related results.
Basically, a juice diet is suitable for anyone who wants to challenge themselves or change their diet with a fresh start.

During the juice cure, you should only drink our juices and plenty of water or unsweetened teas. We recommend that you avoid solid food. If you feel very hungry, you can drink some vegetable broth or nibble on cucumber and celery sticks.
