What are the benefits of a juice cleanse ?
If you want to take a juice diet to lose weight, we're sorry to disappoint you. It is not suitable for this. It is possible that you will lose weight, but this is mostly just water and will be gone again as soon as the cure is over.
So what are the benefits of a juice cleanse? Clearly, it helps you to focus on the essentials again. It's not just a great opportunity to get back in tune mentally. During the cure, you also experience again what it means to be hungry and what signals your body actually sends you on a daily basis. These are often ignored in everyday life or suppressed by other means. So: get to know your body and its signals again and be amazed!

How do I store the juice cleanse?
You can also store our juice cure at room temperature, it doesn't have to be specifically in the fridge. This gives you more flexibility and you can also buy the cure and start it much later. TIP: The taste of our juices develops even more at room temperature! So if you want to experience a real little taste explosion, take advantage of the fact that our juices don't have to be stored in the fridge and try them at room temperature.

What ingredients are used in the juices?
You only consume a few nutrients during a juice cure. That's why you should always pay attention to the quality of the juices and their ingredients! Our Kloster Kitchen juice cure is therefore organic and contains no artificial additives. We have also made sure that each juice contains a particularly high proportion of grains and vegetables to provide your body with the best possible nutrition during the cure!

Is there a specific order in which the juices should be drunk?
We have put together a plan of when you can have which juice. Whether you stick to it or not is ultimately up to you. You can also divide up your juices to suit you and your personal routine.

How are our juices produced? How long do they keep?
Our organic juices are produced in Germany. They are gently heated and can therefore be kept for 1 year after bottling, even unrefrigerated. This gives you the option of buying the cure and then starting it at your convenience. There is no ticking clock, so plan your personal time-out as it suits you best!
