Our GTC and data protection provisions apply to the purchase of vouchers. In addition, the following voucher conditions apply.
Vouchers and discounts cannot be credited towards the purchase of gift vouchers.
It is not possible to credit vouchers and discounts retrospectively.
Furthermore, any commercial and trade resale of vouchers is prohibited.
Individual conditions
Please note that individual conditions may apply to each voucher. You can find these in the voucher conditions directly on the voucher or when you receive the voucher. The following restrictions or voucher types may apply:
- Validity of the voucher
- Restrictions on certain articles or article groups
- Combinability of the voucher with other vouchers, discounts or promotions
Subject
Kloster Kitchen Vouchers may be redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions for purchases made on the www.klosterkitchen.de or www.klosterkitchen.com website.
The voucher will be sent to you in the form of an email or a physical voucher by post, depending on the item selected.
You can pass the voucher on to third parties. In this case, you undertake not to use the voucher code again or to disclose it to third parties.
Redeeming the voucher
The voucher can be used for the purchase of products sold via www.klosterkitchen.de or www.klosterkitchen.com. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the invoice amount. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the invoice amount. Cash payment is excluded. Several vouchers can also be used for one order.
Remaining balance
If the value of the voucher exceeds the invoice amount, any remaining credit will be retained and can be used by entering the voucher code again.
A cash payment of the (remaining) value of the voucher is excluded.
Validity period
Vouchers must be redeemed at the latest by the end of the third year after the voucher code has been sent. After that, they lose their validity.
Liability
You undertake to keep the voucher code secret and to communicate it only to the person to whom you wish to give the voucher. Kloster Kitchen or curameo AG accepts no liability for the loss, theft, misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of the voucher code.
