GINGER PINEAPPLE SLUSH
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g fresh, ripe pineapple (pureed)
- 80 g brown cane sugar (essential for the right slush consistency; it won't work without sugar)
- 100 ml Classic Ginger Shot
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 300 ml water
PREPARATION
To make the refreshing pineapple-ginger slush, first finely puree the fresh, ripe pineapple until you have a smooth fruit base.
Next, add brown cane sugar, the Ginger Shot Classic, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend everything thoroughly once more so that the ingredients combine perfectly and create the ideal balance of sweetness, acidity, and a mild spiciness.

Pour the prepared mixture into a slush machine along with water and start the program. After a short time, the liquid turns into an ice-cold, creamy slush with the perfect consistency.

Serve the pineapple-ginger slush immediately and garnish with lime slices or fresh mint, if desired.
Perfect as a fruity summer drink, a party highlight, or a non-alcoholic refreshment on hot days.
