INGREDIENTS
- 4 g matcha
- 500 ml water
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 40 ml Ginger Shot Classic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Crushed ice
PREPARATION
Make a tea from matcha and 500 ml water according to package instructions. Add a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme to the tea and steep for about 10 minutes. Then let cool and refine with Ginger Shot Classic and honey. To serve, pour crushed ice into two long drink glasses and pour on the cold tea.
