TURMERIC GINGER VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml ginger shot turmeric
- 20 g Chardonnay vinegar
- 20 g olive oil
- Salt n.b.
- 1 lime
PREPARATION
Put the Ginger Shot Turmeric in a bowl, mix with Chardonnay vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and the juice of one lime.
PINEAPPLE ROMAINE LETTUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole pineapple
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- Vegetable oil n.b.
- Salt n.b.
- A little piment d'Espelette
PREPARATION
Grill the pineapple on a grill for 10 minutes at 200 °C on all sides. Then cut into quarters, remove the stalk and cut into pieces.
Cut the romaine lettuce in half, slightly cut the stalk. In the meantime, heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry the romaine lettuce hearts on both sides. Season with salt and piment d'Espelette.
The star of the show: the pineapple
ARRANGEMENTS
- 50 g peanuts roasted
Place the grilled pineapple pieces on a plate. Place the warm romaine lettuce on top. Generously drizzle with the turmeric-ginger vinaigrette and garnish with roasted peanuts.
