LAYERED DESSERT
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g fresh strawberries
- 1 well-ripened banana
- 30 ml Ginger Shot Pomegranate
- 500 g Skyr alternative
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1-2 tbsp mineral water
- 10-12 tbsp oat granola
- 2 tbsp grated coconut for decoration
- fresh strawberries for decoration
PREPARATION
Wash the strawberries, cut in half and place in a blender with the banana and ginger shot. Blend everything to a fine puree. Alternatively, you can also use a hand blender.
Then pour the skyr alternative into a bowl, mix with a dash of mineral water until smooth and sweeten with a little agave syrup to taste.
Then divide the fruit puree and cream evenly between two glasses and layer as follows: Cream, puree, granola, cream, puree and granola. Finally, add a thin layer of cream on top. Stir in a small dollop of fruit puree in a "swirl" shape, i.e. lightly marbleize.

Finally, garnish both glasses with fresh strawberries and a tablespoon of grated coconut and you have a fruity, creamy treat in a glass!
