APPLE PIE IN A GLASS WITH GINGER SHOT CLASSIC

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g applesauce (homemade or bought, important: without sugar)
  • 30 ml Ginger Shot Classic
  • 5 dates, pitted
  • 20 walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 250 ml cream or vegan alternative
  • Agave syrup, to taste
  • ½ Apple, cut into thin slices
  •  

     

    PREPARATION

    Pit the dates and chop them either with a fork or in a food processor. Then mix the dates with the finely chopped walnuts to form a sticky mixture. Mix the applesauce in a bowl with the Ginger Shot Classic mix to add a fresh and tangy note. Whip the cream (or the vegan alternative) until stiff and sweeten lightly with a tablespoon of agave syrup to taste. Cut the apple half into thin slices.

    Divide the apple sauce evenly between four glasses. Pour the walnut and date mixture on top and top with whipped cream. Finally, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and garnish with fresh apple slices.
