HIGH-LEVEL MEETING OF THE SUPERFOOD(IE)S

Organic horseradish from Franconian delicatessen specialist Schamel and the popular ginger shots from Kloster Kitchen combine with the exotic cranberry fruit to create an explosive new superfood shot from Kloster Kitchen. Brand ambassador Roland Trettl has a clear opinion on this!

Attention - the most surprising flavor explosion of the year is waiting in the wings! The new limited ginger shot from Kloster Kitchen is definitely not in the league of the well-known superfood shots. Quite the opposite: here the ginger tuber meets spicy teammates and provides a previously unknown sensory fireworks. The combination with horseradish and cranberry is so unusual that even top chef Roland Trettl attests the makers a certain degree of craziness.

The Kloster Kitchen taste expert Roland Trettl knows exactly what he thinks of this unheard-of combination:

"If you mix ginger and horseradish, you've got a shot. I've been cooking for 35 years and I've never had two such strong main characters go at each other. But on the palate, it's just awesome. I think this is going to be my new favorite drink. Hammer."

For this blend, the Franconian ginger experts from Kloster Kitchen have teamed up with neighboring traditional brand Schamel to bring together a surprising trio: delicatessen horseradish combined with cranberry and ginger. "We are proud to be able to process this high-quality product from a well-known traditional manufacturer from the region. This is virtually a Franconian neighborhood meeting of superfoods," laughs Kloster Kitchen founder Mario Fürst. "Sounds crazy, but fits together damn well".

The Kloster Kitchen Ginger Shot Cranberry Horseradish spiced by Schamel is available from October in a limited edition in the online store and at selected retailers. For Trettl, the new edition is a flavorful hit, which he describes as follows: "We know the spiciness of ginger combined with horseradish in the form of wasabi from Japanese sushi cuisine. It's simply a brilliant combination that kicks on the tongue and brings freshness to the nose. As a reward, the palate then gets the balanced, tart sweetness of the cranberry. Of course, we only used the best quality ingredients - and you can taste that," he says, describing the taste experience of the new shot. But Roland Trettl is not only on board as a taste expert. As a brand ambassador at Kloster Kitchen , he will be attracting attention and inspiring the community with tips and information in the online and social media activities of Kloster Kitchen with his humorous and convincing manner.
